Bringing your tangled ball of thoughts and challenges, that you’re either caught up in or hanging on by a thread. Rather than throw it away or tug at it until something breaks, we’ll gently unpick and detangle it thread by thread, unravelling the gems you had all along.

fires that have come from leaving certain things unattended, with well thought-out strategies
that focus on preventing and reducing risk and ensuring the safety of
what’s important to you, so that you can ignite your passion instead.
Redirecting Your Energy
Identifying where your energy’s being drained and zapped, where you feel like you’re just wasting your time, and looking at how to repair the leaks or harvest and redirect that energy.
Feeding your individual needs and inspiring your genius, so that you are fully charged with strength, confidence and passion, to reach for your goals, take on the challenges and enjoy the fruits of your labour.
How It Works
- We work together face to face in Stafford, or by telephone or Skype anywhere.
- Each session is typically one hour long, on a weekly or fortnightly basis, with unlimited email support in between.
- I will ask you to complete some questions to prepare for each session, to make the most of our time together.
- We will focus each session on what you find most beneficial, whether a specific challenge or opportunity you are facing, or an area you’d like to make some changes in.
- We will discuss and agree on actions you will take before the next session to move you forward toward your goals.
- Sessions are available as a course of three. The total number of sessions we have together is entirely up to you to decide, based on your goals and challenges, and what you would like to gain from the process.
- You are likely to notice positive benefits within the first few sessions, and these develop into deeper and lasting change over time, enabling you to achieve a success that is both challenging and meaningful.
